Summary
Where the account stands. Your Facebook and Instagram ads bill to your own card, and the marketing work is covered by the trade. The build period costs are going into that same trade rather than onto an invoice, so nothing is owed right now. From August the ongoing services move to a flat monthly rate.

How your ads are billed
Your Facebook and Instagram ad spend is charged by Meta directly to your card. Full Sent does not front it and does not mark it up, so there is nothing to reimburse. The figures below are the full history for your records, and the live results page shows what the money is actually doing.
| Month | Impressions | Ad spend |
|---|---|---|
| January 2026 | 22,572 | $59.14 |
| February 2026 | 1,178 | $10.49 |
| March 2026 | 31,742 | $87.74 |
| April 2026 | 29,286 | $85.19 |
| May 2026 | 89,655 | $125.05 |
| June 2026 | 86,166 | $176.44 |
| July 2026 | 69,934 | $346.93 |
| Total | 330,533 | $890.98 |
Reading this: spend and impressions are pulled straight from your Meta ad account, month by month from January 1. Two campaigns are running now — a local reach campaign and a traffic campaign — both healthy on cost and delivery. Every dollar here was billed by Meta to your own card, so this is history for your records, not a bill.
Marketing work — covered by trade
Instead of a monthly marketing fee, we agreed to trade. The equipment below covers the ad setup and the ongoing ad management: building and running the campaigns, monitoring delivery and cost, adjusting creative and audiences, and the reporting on your board.
| Item | For | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Chainsaw (received) | Ad setup & management | $180.00 |
| Riding mower (agreed) | Ad setup & management | $500.00 |
| Trade value | $680.00 |
This trade settles the marketing work — not the ad spend. The ad spend is separate and is billed to your card by Meta, so it never runs through Full Sent.
Build period — June and July
While the shop system was being built and brought online, the services behind it were billed to you at what they cost, with nothing added. These two months are the last that work that way. From August it moves to the flat monthly plan below.
| Service | What it does | June | July |
|---|---|---|---|
| Shop & repair-order system | Hosting for the system that runs your tickets, estimates and board | $5.70 | $13.03 |
| Text messaging | Customer status texts and the shop number | $3.34 | $8.60 |
| Your five stoningtonpower.com mailboxes | $1.70 | $1.70 | |
| Website & video storage | The public site and your equipment videos | $0.00 | $0.13 |
| Carrier registration (one time) | Required by the phone carriers before a business can text customers | — | $34.50 |
| Monthly total | $10.74 | $57.96 |
About that July number. $34.50 of it is a one-time fee, not a monthly one. Before a business can send text messages to customers, the phone carriers require the number and the message campaign to be registered and vetted. That is paid once and it is now done. Take it out and July is $23.46, which is a fairer picture of the ongoing rate. Expect somewhere around $20 to $25 a month from here, moving with how much the shop actually texts.
How these were worked out: the email plan and the website hosting are shared across several projects, so you were charged only your share, measured by actual usage rather than split evenly. Your video storage sits inside the free allowance, so it cost you nothing. The shop system hosting is included as its own line; an earlier version of this page left it out because it could not be measured per customer yet.
Not being invoiced. Rather than send this as a bill, the $68.70 goes into the same trade as the rest of the work. There is also roughly 40 hours in getting the ERP and shop system actually working, which is partly an investment in where this is heading. Boat work would fit into that swap nicely if you are open to it.
Ongoing services — from August 2026
Rather than a different figure every month that neither of us can predict, the ongoing services move to a flat rate you can budget for.
| Service | What it includes | Per month |
|---|---|---|
| Website & shop system hosting | Your public site, the shop and repair-order system, video storage, monitoring and updates | $25.00 |
| Dedicated email (not in use yet) | Your stoningtonpower.com mailboxes. Right now everything just forwards to Gmail, so this is not switched on | $5.00 |
| Per month | $30.00 |
Text messaging stays separate. What the shop spends on customer texts moves with how much you actually text, so a flat rate for it would just be a guess. It has been running around $9 a month now that the carrier registration is behind us. Once it settles somewhere predictable the sensible thing is to move it onto your own card, the same way the Facebook ads already work.
